| CONDUCT
|
| The
following Code of Conduct applies to both Club members and guests. |
| The
rights of every person (especially minors) are paramount in
a clothes free environment. |
| Whilst
it is not the intention of Sydney Sun & Social Club to prohibit
mutually acceptable gestures of affection within individual
relationships, sexual harassment has NO place
at any Club event and will NOT be tolerated. |
1. |
Unacceptable
Behaviour
This
includes: persistent staring; stalking or following; crowding
of personal space; sexual acts or displays; any aggressive
acts or threatening body language; voyeuristic positioning;
unauthorised photography / videography. |
|
2. |
Unwelcome
Communication
This
includes: any unwanted advances, remarks, suggestions, solicitations,
propositions, gestures, threats, ridicule or jokes of a crude
or sexual nature (especially if directed towards obviously
unwilling or under age persons); persistent attempts to engage
another person in clearly undesired conversation; unsolicited
comments about a person’s body. |
|
3. |
Unpermitted
Touching
This
includes: any intentional touching of another person's body
without prior consent (including presumptuous hugs, massages
or other familiarities); any touching of a minor; and any
public fondling of a sexual nature. |
|
Sydney
Sun & Social Club members and guests are encouraged to help
maintain a relaxed ambience at the Club by reporting on a timely
basis to any Committee member any situation they feel is contrary
to the above definitions (and the Club’s By-laws). Legitimate
complaints will be investigated and responded to immediately.
Confidentially will be maintained. |
Acts
of sexual harassment as defined will result in expulsion from
the Club and its events, and, if warranted, criminal prosecution. |
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs may ONLY be taken at Club functions
with permission of both a Committee member and the person/persons
being photographed, including those in the background.
